Probably the best aspect of the first session of the Burgis and Bullock Referral Mastermind Group was meeting all the other people with their wide range of skills and experiences. The presentation structure was good. My three aims for this group are to get client referrals, resource referrals (potential recommendations for part-time F.D's), and to develop a network of trusted business partners around the Midlands area to be able to refer work to. I have already recommended this group to another company.

I liked the relaxed environment and how everyone could pitch in with their own bits and relate it to their own business rather than just going slide to slide and taking notes. I think there's definitely things that we took away that we can implement in how we structure our business and the way we market things.

It was very friendly and it was kind of informal which brought everyone down to us so that was what stood out to me. I think I came away feeling happy and confident in some of the things we do do in marketing. It reiterated some important elements that we have within the business, and we took away some good little pointers of things that we've maybe neglected over the last few years and it just reminded us of what's important about the customer and customer interface.

The first Burgis and Bullock Referral Mastermind Group meeting went very well and was with a friendly and diverse group of people. It was really great to be able to leave with people's feedback on my presentation and certainly a nice surprise to find that a lot of them already have possible referrals. Overall the group seemed to offer good potential for new clients and business growth.

The Burgis and Bullock Referral Mastermind Group Launch Event was very good with some interesting ideas. The presentation about the seven key business drivers was a good refresher and the client satisfaction tools were presented really well and I can see how it all fits.

The Burgis and Bullock Referral Mastermind Launch Event went really well and was very inciteful. Being a marketer myself, it was interesting to see client satisfaction being used as a marketing tool as well as to keep customers happy. The different connections and how it all fitted together were interesting as well as the ability to communicate with hundreds of thousands of businesses by association.

I was impressed with the calibre of the attendees at The Burgis and Bullock Referral Mastermind Group Launch Event. It was in a great location with nice offices. The Risk Dashboard was quite interesting - I'd heard of it before but I didn't realise how comprehensive and low cost it is. David Mack's presentation on the seven key business drivers was all good. As I'm a business coach it was not new to me, but it was a great overview and showed how quickly a company can grow. Steve Darnell's presentation on Enquir3's client satisfaction tools was fine and got the point across well. There was overall a nice balance of education and sales pitch and as I do this myself, I can appreciate how difficult it is to get quality bums on seats! The timings worked well and there was a high conversion rate of interested parties at the end.

The Burgis and Bullock Referral Mastermind Group Launch Event was a nice environment of like minded individuals. The Risk Dashboard presentation made sense and was of interest because there is natural continuity with that and our GDPR offering. David Mack's presentation regarding the seven key business drivers was educational and encompassed basic sales training. Steve Darnell's presentation about Enquir3's client satisfaction tools all made sense. Overall it was very positive and has good potential.

The Burgis and Bullock Referral Mastermind Launch Event was great. Sean Farnell is unlike any other accountant I've met - he's amazing! He's very affable and personable, but at the same time very intelligent and dynamic, so I think the key to this whole programme will be Sean in the centre of everything with his clients. As we produce dynamic illustrations, explainer videos and do some web development work, I look forward to the opportunity of supplying our services to Sean's clients.

The Burgis and Bullock Referral Mastermind Group Launch Event was well organised from the friendly receptionist, to the interesting people and the good presentations. It did what it said on the box. It was fun and a lot of interesting questions were raised, so I look forward to finding our more and how we can progress with this.
