I've not done the mastermind group but I've been to the training and it seems like a really good initiative for accountants. They hand pick their clients who are like minded and there's an opportunity to refer so it does sound ideal. It's a lot to take in on the day so it's good to have the notes and presentation to fall back on and all that was given. It was also very good to get together with different people I've not worked with before and it's interesting to see how they would use the system.

I think it's a good concept aimed at accountants. It's a win win situation that accountants will benefit from as they do need to have an alternative source of income and the potential for mastermind groups and maybe the earning potential. I think the E3 process is a good process.

I only attended the second half of the workshop. I'm not a business coach looking to promote it but I am involved in looking at video testimonials and will be recommending the service to people who I think would find synergy. I did say to Steve that the whole idea was very refined . I can tell it's been developed over a period of time as that shows in how it's put across and how it joins together. I was very impressed with the underlying explanation/description.

It was good seeing everyone together. It was good to learn more about the mastermind group format. It was good that it was a complimentary event and there was no charge, that was nice. It was a useful afternoon. It was good for me as it was only an hours drive. It went through the presentation for the mastermind group and increased my depth of knowledge

I attended the workshop in order to gain a greater understanding of the benefits of The Business Improvement Programme, which I achieved. We discussed how to use the really good feedback resulting from the Client Satisfaction Interviews, to help with up-selling, cross-selling and client retention, as well as SEO. There was a lot of great information.
