I like Absolute Works' ability to listen, and then deliver and understand what we need, all wrapped up in one, whilst doing in it a lovely professional way. We've been using them for a couple of years. They've kept us honest and, although we don't ask for advice often, when we do I know I can fully trust their advice and I'd be foolish not to follow it. I'd never felt it necessary to use a firm of this nature but when I met Joy it was immediately obvious that they were the right ones for us to work with. We use them for a very specific piece of work and that they've delivered perfectly. I've got a good idea what they can offer me and therefore I would go and grab that if I needed it.

I like the fact that Absolute Works reply quickly, either by email or phone. There's always someone there you can speak to. They're very knowledgeable. I get comfort from knowing that things are being dealt with in the correct manner. We've been using them for over a year I think. The only similar company I've ever tried was Citation for about 3 weeks and it was horrific. They're a great big global company and no one is particularly accountable and answerable to anybody so we didn't get a very good service at all. I was therefore very cautious about Absolute Works but they hit the nail on the head and have been lovely to work with. I've been pleasantly surprised. Absolute Works will virtually hold your hand every step of the way in their area of expertise. If I have difficult cases or situations at work I know I can contact them and at least they will advise me, and at worst will come and deal with it for me. It takes the stress out of knowing whether you're doing the right thing. They give you best and worst outcomes of the situation so you can decide how you want to play it. I've had a couple of very awkward situations that probably would have been a lot messier had Absolute Works not been involved. It's valuable having peace of mind with regards to such a sensitive issue and I really appreciate it.

I like the approach-ability, and I like their 'can do' approach. Absolute Works will always advise, and they'll always support our final decision regardless of the advice given. There will be times that we will potentially go against their advice for various reasons and they'll always support us anyway. Most of the time, in fairness, they were right and we were wrong. We really benefit from their in depth knowledge of retail, their understanding of personnel within retail, and their in depth knowledge within each store. They highlight issues way before they are identified to me. I've had a lot of dealings with internal HR departments and they are stand out more effective than any internal HR department I've ever worked with. They've taken on a massive part of our business. They deal with all our compliance, everything to do with HR and personnel, and they have been true experts in their field.

Engagement Multiplier are forthright; When I've wanted assistance in how to deal with something or how to respond I've found that assistance to be practical and helpful. We've only done one survey so far so I think after the next one we'll notice a bigger difference, but most of the responses were as expected. They were surprisingly honest and open, most of them. I'm hoping that it will benefit us by the team realising that we do care about them and that we do want to understand what motivates them and what we can do to improve their enjoyment and compensation for working with us, and not just financial compensation but also in the working environment.

I like that Engagement Multiplier give me attention and I feel that they're available to help if I need it. They seem to have a lot of expertise and they know what they're talking about so their advice is quite valuable to me. The biggest thing is that they make staff feel that we care about what they say and that has quite an impact. If staff see that their employer cares about them it generates loyalty which is key. It gives us the ability to know what people are thinking that they prob wouldn't tell us because of the anonymity of it, and also because they're being actively encouraged to feed back to us. We have brought positive changes into the organisation as a direct result.

Engagement Multiplier has given us a clearer view of our staff's thoughts, and given us a mechanism to pull those together, resulting in better teamwork and the ability to address staff issues. It is a prescriptive consistent view of the heartbeat, the feeling, within the company.

The product is fairly simple, user friendly, and intuitive to use and I think it gives a broad response, but is well categorised, so it's easy to compare at a glance. As soon as you get the results in you can look at the dashboard and see without too much interrogation. There is certainly more engagement and the level of communication has improved. Some of the smaller fixes that would have become quite irksome have been able to be fixed within the 90 day cycle. I think we have had a lot more involvement with our satellite sites where we've always tried before in all of our communication streams but sometimes overlooked. I think it enables them to become much more involved with the main sites. It's helped that remote working. The customer service is excellent

The product is very simple to use and to understand what actions you should take once you've got your results. Generally they're very responsive to questions; You get fast response from both sales and support. It has given us clear actions to improve engagement of the workforce. The anonymous suggestions box has been very useful. As a partner it's early days but it's an easy opener because of the free trial.

I love the whole platform; The dashboard, and the support and service that I get from them as well as a partner. It's very friendly. They're a nice company to do business with. I've got one client for whom I think it's really helped to cement our relationship as I'm already booked in their diary that I'll go in to see them when the report goes out for the survey they're about to have. For one of the other clients, it's helped to provide a benchmark for us to monitor the impact that I'm having.

I think Engagement Multiplier are very professional and I'm very comfortable introducing them to my clients, and that's something that's really important to me. Engagement Multiplier has enhanced our business; It's given us an additional reason to reach out to our clients and offers added value. With most of our clients we have a trusted adviser status and it's always nice to go to them with additional services that could benefit their businesses. I've had somebody who's just gone through an initial trial. I think it's given them an awareness of engagement and the questions they should be asking their team. I'm hoping that an engaged staff of my clients is going to help them with retention of staff, increased performance and their client's satisfaction as well.
